Shared Lakes: Shared Responsibilities
We’re hosting our 44th annual conference at the Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center in Lake George on May 8-9, 2026.
This year’s conference is focused on the roles that lake associations, government, and lake scientists play in lake management and preservation.
We are working on the agenda, and we hope to have a great group of presenters this year. There is also plenty of time for networking with your fellow lake stewards, a silent auction, the popular Wine and Cheese Party, and more!
Registration forms will be available after the 1st of the year.
(Note: Meal Tickets or Walk-In Registrations will NOT be available at the conference.)

Has someone gone above and beyond the call of duty for your lake association?
Nominate them for a 2026 Lake Steward Award!
Each year, ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵpays tribute to outstanding individuals who dedicate their time and energy to benefit their lake association. You know who they are. They’re the people who attend nearly every meeting and serve on multiple committees. They find grant money and spend decades serving as CSLAP volunteers. They are the people that are so hard to replace, and your association doesn’t know what will happen when they retire from service. Let them know how much they’re appreciated!

2026 Newsletter Contest is open!
Does your lake association have a great newsletter to share? Enter the 2026 ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵNewsletter Contest. It’s simple! Just send us 5 hardcopies of your newletter (printed or please print your digital newsletter for easier judging.) Tell us whether you’re a large, medium, or small lake associations. We would also like to know whether a paid staff person/professional did the newsletter or a volunteer from your group. Submit the newsletters to: ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵNewsletter Contest P.O.
